Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee production planning, manufacturing operations, quality, and workforce management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of production and operations management, ensuring productive utilization of resources, timely delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Production Management

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.
Develop and implement production schedules based on customer requirements and business priorities.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to minimize wastage and downtime.
Ensure timely completion of production orders while maintaining quality standards.

Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams for seamless operations.




Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Monitor production costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure effective inventory planning for raw materials and finished goods.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate production supervisors and shop floor teams.
Allocate work responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve productivity, quality, and safety awareness.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
Work closely with the Quality team to reduce defects and improve production quality.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Safety & Maintenance

Ensure adherence to workplace safety policies and statutory regulations.
