Growvex Digital is looking for a Business Development & Client Success Executive who can drive business growth while maintaining excellent client relationships. If you have a passion for digital marketing and enjoy working in a fast-paced agency setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and inbound leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure timely project execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintain sales documentation.
Follow up on invoices and payment collections.




Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Branding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred
Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience preparing proposals and coordinating with creative and performance marketing teams.
