Role Description The Store Manager role at Glora Diamonds is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore. The Store Manager oversees daily showroom operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory,



and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
This role involves engaging with customers, resolving concerns, and promoting products that reflect the brand's focus on ethical, lab-grown diamonds. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, implements retail loss prevention measures, ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, trains team members, maintains accurate records, and collaborates closely with management to achieve store targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory, as the role requires regular interaction with customers, vendors, and team members from diverse backgrounds.
