Customer Support Manager– Stock Market

Job Summary-
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to assist clients with stock market-related queries, trading platform support, account services, and general customer assistance.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic to good knowledge of the Indian stock market, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities-
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
Assist clients with account opening, KYC, login issues, and trading platform support.
Provide information about stock market products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Educate customers on using trading platforms and mobile applications.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies while handling customer requests.

Required Skills




Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of the Indian Stock Market, NSE, BSE, Demat Accounts, and Trading Accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Robust problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
B.Com, BBA, MBA, or Finance-related qualifications preferred.
NISM certification is an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Servicing, Stock Broking, or Financial Services preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Client Servicing.
Prior experience with leading stock broking or financial services companies will be preferred.
