About the Role
We are hiring Sales Executives for a growing travel company. We are looking for solid sales professionals who can convert both inbound and outbound leads into confirmed sales.
Travel industry experience is not mandatory. What matters most is your ability to communicate with customers, understand their requirements, follow up consistently, handle objections, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Negotiate, handle objections and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead/customer information and follow-up records.
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.




Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in sales / business development / inside sales / telesales / field sales preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Candidates from industries such as real estate, BFSI, automobile, telecom, SaaS, education, hospitality, retail, logistics, etc. are welcome.
Travel industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000/month
The exact fixed salary will depend on your sales experience and interview performance.
In addition to the fixed salary, there is an attractive performance-based variable/incentive, directly linked to the amount of business you generate.
