We are not looking for someone who has "run Facebook ads" for a few small pages. We are looking for someone who has sat in Ads Manager on a Monday morning, seen ROAS drop from 3.2 to 1.4 over the weekend, and known within twenty minutes whether it was creative fatigue, audience overlap, a tracking break, or just a bad weekend. Someone who has scaled a campaign past the point where it usually falls apart, and figured out why it fell apart.

The person in this role will manage real budgets from week one. Our accounts run into lakhs of monthly ad spend, so decisions here have immediate financial consequences. That is the appeal for the right person and the reason we are being selective.

What you will actually do

Own campaigns end to end. You will build campaigns from structure up: objective selection, audience strategy, budget allocation, placement decisions, bid strategy. Not just executing a plan someone hands you, but deciding what the plan should be.

Live in the data. Daily monitoring of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and conversion rate at campaign, ad set, and ad level. Spotting the difference between statistical noise and an actual signal, and knowing when three days of bad data means intervene versus wait.
