Role Description The Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across key e-commerce and advertising platforms to drive traffic,



conversions, and revenue. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, conducting A/B tests, and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets to achieve key performance indicators. The individual will collaborate with sales, customer service, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, improve customer acquisition and retention, and enhance brand visibility. The role also includes managing marketing reports and dashboards, conducting market and competitor analysis, and recommending new performance marketing initiatives to support growth.
