Jinino is a fast-growing AI-powered homestay marketplace connecting travelers with unique stays across India. After a successful launch in Northeast India, we're expanding rapidly and are looking for energetic individuals to help us grow our host and guest community.
Role Overview
As a User Acquisition & Sales Intern, you'll work directly with the founding team to onboard homestay hosts, engage with potential guests, and support on-ground growth initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real startup experience while building strong communication, sales, and business development skills.
Responsibilities
Reach out to potential hosts via phone calls and WhatsApp and conduct in-person visits when required.
Introduce Jinino's platform and assist hosts through the onboarding process.
Collect and organize host feedback for the product and operations teams.
Follow up with guest inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Support local marketing campaigns, events,



and user acquisition initiatives.
Maintain lead pipelines and provide weekly progress updates.
Work independently to achieve assigned targets and deadlines.
Requirements
Based in or near Assam or Meghalaya.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple leads.
Willing to travel locally for field visits when required.
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
Versatile, deadline-based work schedule (30 hours/week).

Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.
