We are a fast-growing EdTech company offering high-quality online and offline tuition programs. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our B2B business development initiatives by building strategic partnerships with educational institutions and corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the company’s B2B growth strategy.
* Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, coaching centres, NGOs, corporate organizations, and other strategic partners.
* Generate quality student leads through institutional collaborations and referral networks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, academic coordinators, corporate HR teams, and key decision-makers.
* Conduct business presentations, meetings, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
* Organize workshops, career guidance sessions, scholarship programs, seminars, and educational events in collaboration with partner institutions.




* Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
* Track partnership performance and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
* Represent the company at educational events, networking forums, and industry conferences.
* Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 4 + years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Institutional Sales, or Corporate Sales.
* Experience in the Education or EdTech industry is highly preferred.
* Proven track record of building B2B partnerships and driving business growth.
* Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and partnership development.
