Role Description This is a full time, on-site Presales Executive role based in Chennai. The Presales Executive will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements,



prepare tailored solution presentations, and support product demonstrations for laboratory informatics and automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, responding to RFPs and RFIs, preparing proposals, and coordinating technical clarifications with prospects and partners. The role involves engaging with customers to explain product capabilities, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine offerings. The Presales Executive will also assist in developing presales collateral, support customer training during evaluation phases, and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.
