Role Description The Tele-Fundraiser is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing donors, presenting organizational campaigns clearly, and encouraging financial contributions in a respectful and ethical manner. The Tele-Fundraiser will maintain accurate donor records,
follow call scripts and fundraising guidelines, and meet daily and weekly fundraising targets. Responsibilities include responding to donor inquiries, providing excellent service, and sharing feedback from conversations to help refine fundraising strategies. The role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in regular training sessions, and upholding organizational values in every interaction.
Qualifications
