Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through field visits.
Meet potential clients and promote company services.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Appoint and support franchise partners.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Courier, Logistics, FMCG, or B2B Business Development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Willingness to travel for field work.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
