Divinelane is looking for a skilled Gemmologist to join our Operations & Customer Support team. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in gemstone store operations, including inventory handling, quality checks, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
? Gemstone quality check, testing, grading & certification
? Identify treatments, enhancements & inclusions
? Customer consultation on gemstone authenticity & benefits
? Support sales, sourcing & inventory teams
? Maintain QC reports and gemstone records
Requirements:
✔️ Certification/Diploma in Gemmology (GIA/IGI preferred)
✔️ 1–3 years of relevant experience
✔️ Experience working in a gemstone store, jewellery showroom, or gemstone retail environment is preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of precious & semi-precious stones
✔️ Positive communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
✔️ Detail-oriented & customer-focused
