Manager – Strategy & Coordination (Managing Partner’s Office)

The Manager – Strategy & Coordination supports the Managing Partner’s Office on strategy execution, transformation initiatives, project management, coordination, and other priorities in a dynamic professional services environment.
Role Purpose
• Drive execution of Managing Partner’s priorities including transformation initiatives, culture, processes, technology and AI initiatives, and other strategic priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage cadences, and track progress against KPIs aligned to firm growth and strategic agenda.
• Provide versatile support to the Managing Partner on meetings, office management, communications, competitive updates, and industry insights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution and Planning
• Support business planning for key strategic priorities and translate them into execution roadmaps with milestones, owners, and KPIs.
• Track initiatives through dashboards and support leadership in running performance reviews and ensuring follow-through on actions.
Project Management and Coordination
• Coordinate projects across allied functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Digital, and Business Development, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Leverage AI tools including generative AI for insights, workflow automation, and evaluation of emerging technology solutions.
• Manage meeting cadences including leadership meetings and cross-functional dialogues; prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Managing Partner Support and Communications
• Support the management and coordination of the Managing Partner’s Office.
• Handle internal communications and maintain awareness of competitive developments and industry innovations through structured updates and summaries.
• Support the Managing Partner on ad-hoc responsibilities including stakeholder coordination, briefing materials, and priority alignment.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion on sensitive matters while maintaining strong process and documentation discipline.
Reporting and Key Relationships
• Reports to the Managing Partner and works closely with leadership and heads of allied functions including HR, Finance, Digital, and Operations.
• Liaises with partners, senior professionals, and business managers as required.
• Works closely with the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner to support effective management of the Managing Partner’s Office.
Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy, program management, or project management roles within professional services, consulting, or similar environments.
• Exposure to operations, digital transformation, or strategic initiatives is preferred.

• Project and program management including planning, prioritization, and execution using tools such as Excel, BI platforms, and project management tools.
• Digital and AI fluency including familiarity with generative AI tools, workflow automation, and dashboarding.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare structured materials and engage with senior stakeholders.
