About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for a leading multinational engineering and manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical hiring, particularly within heavy engineering, heavy industries, industrial equipment, capital goods, mining, metals, automotive, or manufacturing sectors.

This role requires expertise in managing volume hiring, mass recruitment, leadership hiring, and niche engineering talent acquisition while partnering closely with business leaders to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles.

- Drive large-scale mass hiring and volume recruitment initiatives to meet business expansion plans.

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for skilled engineering and manufacturing talent.

- Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and campus engagement.





- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and recruitment priorities.

- Manage recruitment metrics including TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring productivity.

- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Build relationships with recruitment partners, consultants, and educational institutions.

- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.

- Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech is mandatory.

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a solid focus on engineering and technical recruitment.

- Proven experience hiring for heavy engineering, heavy industries, industrial manufacturing, mining equipment, capital goods, process industries, automotive, or engineering manufacturing companies.

- Hands-on experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitment.

- Exposure to hiring across production, projects, maintenance, quality, supply chain, design, R&D;, engineering, EHS, and corporate functions.

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and offer management capabilities.

- Experience with ATS, recruitment analytics, and modern sourcing tools.

- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
