We are looking

An experienced Production Merchandiser to manage end-to-end production execution for a women’s ethnic wear brand. The role involves vendor coordination, production tracking, costing, and ensuring timely delivery with required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage order execution from development to final dispatch.

- Coordinate with factories, fabric, trim, print, and embroidery vendors.





- Track T&A; calendars and ensure on-time production.

- Handle approvals, sampling follow-ups, and production status updates.

- Monitor quality, finishing, and shipment timelines.

- Work on garment costing, pricing analysis, and margin understanding.

- Maintain production trackers, reports, and vendor communication.

- Resolve production delays and execution challenges proactively.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of women’s ethnic wear production processes.

- Experience in costing, pricing, and vendor negotiations.

- Valuable understanding of fabrics, prints, embroidery, and garment construction.

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and production management tools.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile Management, or related field preferred.
