Role Overview

Our client is looking for a high-ownership, business oriented Recruiter who operates as a true Talent Partner rather than just executing hiring requests. This role will own end-to-end hiring for critical business, tech, and leadership positions, working closely with founders and senior stakeholders to build high-performing teams.

What This Role Owns

1. End-to-End Hiring Ownership

- Own the complete hiring lifecycle
- Drive hiring for mid to senior-level roles across functions (Business, Marketing, Product, Tech, Ops, etc.)
- Ensure speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience across all hires

2. Stakeholder & Business Partnership

- Act as a trusted hiring advisor to founders and leadership teams
- Challenge unclear JDs and refine requirements into well-defined, hireable roles
- Independently manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and hiring priorities

3. High-Quality Sourcing & Market Mapping

- Lead active sourcing for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and passive outreach
- Provide market intelligence including talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights

4. Hiring Quality & Assessment





- Evaluate candidates deeply for role fit, culture fit, and long-term potential
- Design structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks
- Improve hiring signal quality and reduce false positives

5. Process, Metrics & Employer Brand

- Track and improve key TA metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and candidate drop-offs
- Strengthen hiring processes, documentation, and overall recruitment hygiene
- Contribute to employer branding and elevate candidate communication standards

Key Deliverables (KRAs)

- Time-to-hire for priority roles
- Hiring manager satisfaction
- Offer acceptance and joining ratios
- Quality of hire (post-joining performance feedback)
- Strength of pipelines for recurring roles

Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands on recruiting experience
- Proven track record of hiring for senior, leadership, and niche roles
- Robust sourcing capability with minimal reliance on agencies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
