Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize coal mining operations in Jharkhand
- Lead and manage a team of mining professionals, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working workplace
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Establish strong relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization

Qualifications
Education Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Coal Mining industry
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within the mining sector




- Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and driving performance

Certification Required:
- Valid certification in Mine Management
- Health and Safety certification
