Description
As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our SCC Manufacturing department. Your primary focus will be on the efficient and safe completion of production processes within the Dough Team 2. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our products and ensuring a smooth manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage daily production processes within the assigned work area or team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor and control product quality to meet or exceed SCC/Plant standards.
- Optimize production efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Train and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support.




- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in food production are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control practices.
- Basic understanding of production processes and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
