Role Description:

We are building a highly specialized, in-house media and marketing engine to transform how healthcare communicates. We need a crucial, visionary Art Director to take the helm of our design department and elevate our visual identity to international standards. This role requires a rare hybrid mindset: the sharp, structured professionalism of a corporate environment combined with the agile, boundary-pushing creativity of an ad agency. You will lead a dedicated team of designers, serving as the ultimate aesthetic gatekeeper for our dual-market brands. We need a fast, decisive problem-solver who doesn't just design, but thinks in 360 degrees across illustration, social media, content, and video.

Qualifications

- Design Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the definitive Team Lead for all design resources. You will organize workflows, clear creative blocks, and serve as the final aesthetic gatekeeper to eliminate endless revision loops and ensure daily output hits the mark.
- B2B & B2C Fluency: Navigate seamlessly between enterprise-level,



corporate B2B communications and highly engaging, emotion-driven B2C consumer campaigns. You must know how to tailor the visual language for both audiences without losing the core brand identity.
- Master-Level Illustration & Execution: Be a hands-on practitioner capable of creating high-end, premium visual content. You will step in to build complex, scalable vector art and campaign master templates that set the benchmark for the rest of the team.
- Content-to-Design Synergy: Bridge the gap between copy and visual execution. You must possess a solid understanding of content strategy, allowing you to align medical literature and social copy with striking, intuitive visual storytelling.
- Brand Evolution & Custodianship: Adapt to, enforce, and proactively evolve our current brand guidelines. You must understand premium US corporate aesthetics while maintaining the flexibility to build grassroots visual appeal for our local markets.
- Social Media Visual Direction: Drive the aesthetic direction for our social media channels. You will actively collaborate on content calendars and ensure our social presence is visually arresting, trend-aware, and cohesively branded across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Experience:



6 to 10+ years of progressive experience in art direction, showcasing a flawless blend of corporate brand identity and rapid agency-level campaign execution.

● Industry Advantage: Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage. Furthermore, experience working with premium healthcare/wellness brands is highly preferred, as we are positioning our diagnostic services as premium, high-trust offerings.

● Software Mastery: Absolute expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a heavy emphasis on Adobe Illustrator and advanced layout design.

● Strategic Agility : Proven ability to navigate highly structured International/US brand guidelines while possessing the speed to execute trend-driven social media campaigns.

● Leadership Presence : Emotional intelligence and maturity to manage a diverse team of creative leads and visualizers, unblock bottlenecks, and foster a culture of high-quality, high-velocity output.

● 360-Degree Creative Thinking : A strong grasp of how static design intersects with video production, motion graphics, and copywriting.
