Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Delhi. The Sales Associate will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations for yarns, tools, and accessories. Daily responsibilities include assisting with sales transactions, managing the point-of-sale system, handling cash or digital payments, and issuing receipts. The role involves maintaining store displays, organizing shelves, monitoring stock levels,



and coordinating with the team to refill inventory. The Sales Associate will answer customer queries in person and by phone, support basic product education, and help ensure the store remains clean, welcoming, and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage courteously and clearly with a diverse range of customers.
Sales and retail skills, including basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and upselling or cross-selling techniques.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple customers, maintain orderly displays, and manage routine store tasks efficiently.
