About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Influencer Marketing Associate to manage influencer campaigns and coordinate with creators across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, experience in creator outreach and campaign management, and the ability to identify the right influencers for different brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and connect with relevant influencers for brand campaigns.
Scout, evaluate, and shortlist approximately 70–80 influencers per month based on campaign requirements.
Manage and execute 4+ influencer campaigns simultaneously.
Coordinate with influencers regarding content creation, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.




Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies.
Share campaign briefs and ensure smooth execution from onboarding to completion.
Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
Collaborate closely with internal creative, content, and marketing teams.
Review influencer content before publication to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with key insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and influencer marketing best practices.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
