Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage daily campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS.
Develop customer acquisition strategies to increase website traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate,



and provide actionable insights.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
Build and optimize remarketing and retargeting campaigns to recover abandoned visitors and improve conversions.
Manage abandoned cart recovery campaigns using WhatsApp, email marketing, and retargeting ads.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets.
Identify current growth opportunities through audience research, competitor analysis, and market trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Optimize website landing pages and user journeys in collaboration with the website team to improve conversion rates.
Support product launches by planning and executing performance marketing campaigns.
