Key KRA:
Understand child psychology, behavior and developmental stages
Conduct child & parent behavioral research
Develop age-wise child development insights
Translate research into actionable product and experience insights
Study children's engagement, imagination, creativity and storytelling behavior
Work closely with product, content and design teams
Build data-driven frameworks for understanding children's behavior
Ideal background: Child Psychology / Developmental Psychology / Behavioral Science / Cognitive Science / Child Development / UX Research
Experience: 5–10+ years preferred
