Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Bardez. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. The role involves managing employee relations by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and supporting engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will assist in developing, communicating,



and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards. The position also includes supporting performance management processes, coordinating training programs, and working closely with management to meet workforce planning needs.
Qualifications
