Role Overview

TerraTern is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Trainer to strengthen the capabilities of our B2C sales team. The role will involve designing and delivering engaging training programs, coaching sales representatives, improving product and process knowledge, and supporting the team in achieving business and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical training interventions.



Experience in inside sales, consultative selling, immigration, education, study abroad, travel, financial services, or another B2C service industry would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver structured training programs for new and existing sales team members.
Train the team on lead handling, customer discovery, need analysis, product presentation, objection handling, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing.
Develop training content, presentations, process guides, call scripts, role plays, assessments, and sales playbooks.
Conduct workshops, refresher sessions, one-on-one coaching, and regular knowledge checks.
Review sales calls, chats, and customer interactions to identify gaps and provide constructive feedback.
Coach sales representatives on communication, consultative selling, customer engagement, and conversion improvement.
