S Labs Hygiene Care Private Limited is India's emerging leader in affordable premium pet grooming and hygiene care products. We are building a portfolio of high-quality, accessible pet wellness and hygiene solutions for pet parents across India.
As we build our consumer brands, including Wash & Whiskers, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can build the brand's social presence from the ground up and make social media a powerful engine for awareness, engagement, community building and consumer consideration.
This is not a conventional "posting and scheduling" role. We are looking for someone who understands how brands are built through culture, content, creators, communities, and conversations, and can translate business and brand objectives into compelling, social-first storytelling.
ROLE OVERVIEW





The Social Media Manager will own the end-to-end social media strategy and execution for S Labs' consumer brands across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant emerging platforms.
The role will be responsible for developing the social media strategy, content architecture, editorial calendars, creative briefs, influencer and creator partnerships, community engagement and social analytics.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder, Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing and external agencies/vendors to create a distinctive digital identity and build a robust and engaged community of Indian pet parents.
The role carries ownership for social media growth, engagement, content effectiveness, creator performance and social-led brand building.
