Role Description The Head of Resource Mobilization (Fundraising) is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the organization’s programs and long-term sustainability.



Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing relationships with major donors, foundations, corporate partners, and philanthropic networks, as well as designing campaigns and initiatives that align with the organization’s mission. The role involves preparing high-quality proposals, reports, presentations, and impact narratives, and ensuring consistent, values-driven communication with stakeholders. The Head of Resource Mobilization will also lead and mentor the fundraising team, collaborate closely with program and finance teams, monitor fundraising performance, and ensure ethical and transparent use of resources.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in engaging and managing relationships with major donors and high-net-worth individuals.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives, proposals, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
