Role Type: Internship Stipend: ₹12,000 per month Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Short Form Video Editor Intern to join our team. If you live and breathe Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikToks, and know exactly how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds, this is the role for you.
You will work closely with our content team to transform raw footage into highly engaging, viral-worthy short-form content. This is a hands-on learning experience where your edits will directly impact our brand's social media growth.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing: Edit raw footage into high-quality, fast-paced short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
Engaging Elements: Add dynamic captions, sound effects (SFX), background music (BGM), and smooth transitions to maximize viewer retention.

What We Are Looking For




Software Proficiency: Experience with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or advanced mobile/desktop tools like CapCut.
Social Media Savvy: Active consumer of short-form content with a good eye for what performs well algorithmically.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors, ensure audio is balanced, and keep visual elements clean.
Attitude: Eager to learn, open to constructive feedback, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Perks & Benefits
Starting Salary: INR 12,000/month for the first 6-9 months. Post that, INR 15,000/mon

Office: Newtown, Kolkata (Near Newtown Bus Stop)

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
