About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building robust client relationships, and converting leads into successful MICE event projects.
The role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and creating innovative, customized MICE experiences that deliver both business and experiential value.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE and corporate events segment.
Generate leads through networking, references, industry events, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements, budgets,



objectives, and expectations and convert them into business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
Lead negotiations with clients and work towards closing deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

MICE Event Management
Understand and sell MICE solutions including corporate meetings, conferences, incentive trips, exhibitions, offsites, annual meets, product launches, and corporate experiences.
Coordinate with the internal operations, creative, production, travel, and vendor teams to develop customized event proposals.
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
Maintain strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, venues, activities, and MICE suppliers.

Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
