About Yuvora
Yuvora is a fast-growing jewellery brand building a modern, direct-to-consumer presence. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, hands-on operator to sit in the Founder's Office — owning performance marketing and growth end-to-end, while also driving high-priority projects directly with the founder.
The Role
This is a high-ownership, dual-mandate role. You'll spend the majority of your time as the engine behind Yuvora's customer acquisition and retention — running paid performance and influencer marketing, and owning CRM/retention. The remainder of your time will be spent working directly with the founder on strategic, cross-functional projects that shape the brand's next chapter.

What You'll Own
Performance Marketing & Growth (80%)
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across the funnel — prospecting, retargeting,



and creative testing — to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
Own Google Search campaigns end-to-end: keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, and continuous optimization for efficient, high-intent traffic.
Identify, onboard, and manage influencer and content-creator partnerships — from outreach and negotiation to briefing, tracking, and ROI measurement.
Own CRM and retention: build and manage lifecycle flows (WhatsApp, email, SMS) to drive repeat purchase, LTV, and reduce churn.
Monitor and report on key growth metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention rate, cohort performance) and translate data into action.
Manage and optimize monthly performance marketing budgets, reallocating spend based on channel performance.
Stay on top of platform changes, ad policy shifts, and emerging growth channels relevant to D2C jewellery.
