Role Description The Certified Internet Consultant role at Justdial is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The consultant will meet and engage local business owners, understand their requirements, and advise them on Justdial’s online solutions and JD Omni offerings to enhance their digital presence and business performance.



Daily activities include conducting sales presentations, explaining product features and benefits, onboarding current clients, and ensuring accurate listing of business information on the platform. The role involves providing ongoing customer support, training clients on using Justdial’s web and app tools, and maintaining strong relationships to drive renewals and upselling. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback, resolve client issues, and contribute to regional growth targets.
Qualifications

Consulting and advisory skills to understand business needs and recommend suitable Justdial and JD Omni solutions.
Customer Service and client relationship management skills to deliver responsive, high-quality support and maintain long-term partnerships.
Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed defined targets.
