Role Description The Senior Administrator/Operations/Procurement/Transport role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The role involves overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, including coordination of office processes, record-keeping, and compliance with institutional policies. The individual will manage procurement activities such as vendor selection, purchase orders, inventory monitoring, and ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing of supplies and services.



Responsibilities also include supervising transport operations, including routing, vehicle maintenance coordination, safety compliance, and communication with drivers and stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with academic and support teams, resolving operational issues, improving service quality, and contributing to effective, learner-centered campus functioning.
Qualifications
Strong operations management and administrative assistance skills, with experience overseeing multi-functional processes in an institutional or service-oriented environment.
Solid analytical skills to interpret data, optimize processes, manage budgets, and support informed decision-making.
