Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in office in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering and client success. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and managing the end-to-end technical sales process from initial inquiry to final order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their specific industrial applications and prepare quotation, general assembly drawings, and calcualtions.
Technical Communication: Provide transparent, accurate technical explanations of product features, specifications, and operational capabilities to customers.
Sales Cycle Management: Support and drive the entire sales process, successfully transitioning client inquiries into confirmed orders.
Quotation Generation: Prepare, configure, and deliver precise technical and commercial quotations using the company’s ERP software.
Qualifications & Skills
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding and working knowledge of industrial valves and their functions.
System Proficiency: Hands-on experience in preparing quotations and navigating ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
Technical Drawing: Basic proficiency in CAD software to review, understand, and communi
