Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Staff role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Staff member will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and guide them through the fragrance collection to help them identify scents that match their personality, occasions, and lifestyle.



Daily responsibilities include explaining product features, demonstrating fragrance notes and longevity, recommending suitable options, and supporting customers in making confident purchase decisions. The role also involves maintaining store presentation, managing stock levels, processing sales transactions, and updating customer records. The Sales Staff will collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and provide feedback on customer trends to improve the overall in-store experience.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand diverse customer preferences.
Sales and retail experience, including consultative selling, upselling, and working toward individual or team targets.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
