About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Sr. Quick Commerce Marketplace Media Buyer with robust experience managing and scaling brands across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

The role requires end-to-end ownership of Q-commerce business performance, including backend operations, catalog management, inventory and availability, pricing, promotions, visibility, advertising, and revenue growth.

We are looking for someone who can identify what is limiting growth, solve platform-level issues, optimize performance, and scale the business while maintaining healthy profitability and ROI.
Key Responsibilities

Manage brand accounts across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart
Handle platform backend operations including:
Product listings and catalog management
Product mapping and activation
Pricing, MRP, promotions, and offers
Inventory and stock availability
Dark store/warehouse availability
Product visibility, attributes, and content
Platform-level issues and escalations
Coordinate with platform/category/account managers to resolve operational issues quickly
Plan, launch,



manage, and optimize Q-commerce advertising campaigns
Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, ROI, ACOS, revenue, orders, conversion rate, CPC/CPM, and ad spend
Identify high-performing products, categories, and campaigns and scale them efficiently
Improve both organic and paid visibility
Develop strategies around pricing, promotions, availability, advertising, and assortment
Build city/store-level strategies based on demand and inventory availability
Identify reasons behind revenue drops, stock-outs, declining visibility, poor conversion, or inefficient ad spend
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance and create actionable growth plans
Work closely with internal operations, catalog, creative, inventory, and performance teams
Take complete ownership of business growth while maintaining profitability

Must-Have Skills & Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Quick Commerce /
