Insolation Green Energy Private Limited (INA Solar) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head – Sales & Business Development to lead our business growth and strengthen our market presence across Karnataka.

? Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales & business development strategies for Karnataka.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion and achievement of regional sales targets.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with EPCs, channel partners, distributors, dealers, developers and key customers.
• Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer and partner network.
• Lead negotiations, commercial discussions and closure of key business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Build, manage and mentor the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.




• Own regional sales performance, pipeline development and forecasting.
• Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Projects, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry forums, customer meetings and business events.

? What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the Solar / Renewable Energy / Power / Electrical industry.
Strong understanding of the Karnataka solar market and regional customer ecosystem.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Strong network among EPCs, distributors, dealers, developers and institutional customers.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
