Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with 15+ years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Core Banking, hands-on software testing experience, and proven experience in managing end-to-end testing, project delivery, and QA teams. The candidate must have worked on Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or Finastra and possess strong domain knowledge of Core Banking products and Banking Payment Systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Test Management activities, including Test Strategy, Planning,



Execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.
Manage testing and project delivery for Core Banking implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams, allocate resources, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate with Business, Development, Infrastructure, Client, and Vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.
Review business requirements, prepare test plans, monitor project progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Oversee Functional, System Integration (SIT), Regression, UAT, and Production Validation testing.
Drive defect triage meetings and ensure timely defect resolution.
Provide regular project status updates, testing metrics, and delivery reports to senior stakeholders.
