We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) to support strategic financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business decision-making. Based in Bangalore, this role will work closely with senior finance leadership and support financial planning across lending portfolios and structured funding activities.
The position offers an prospect to work in a dynamic financial services environment with exposure to lending products, funding strategies, securitisation structures, warehouse funding, and capital markets. The successful candidate will combine strong financial modelling expertise with commercial insight and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Forecasting
Develop and maintain detailed financial forecasts and business models across multiple lending products.




Lead annual budgeting processes and rolling forecasts in line with strategic objectives.
Prepare financial projections and scenario analyses for senior leadership, investors, and funding partners.
Evaluate business performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyse loan book performance, portfolio profitability, and key financial and operational metrics.
Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis, board reporting packs, and financial dashboards.
Monitor loan originations, redemptions, delinquencies, margins, and portfolio performance.
Track financial and operational KPIs and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop scenario models and sensitivity analyses to support business planning.
