Role Description The Tele Sales role at Creative Minds Consultancy is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Tele Sales professional will engage potential and existing clients via outbound and inbound calls to present services, understand requirements,



and convert leads into qualified opportunities. Daily responsibilities include explaining digital marketing solutions, answering queries, following up with prospects, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with the marketing team on campaign-related inquiries. The role also involves nurturing relationships, providing clear and courteous customer support, and meeting individual and team sales targets while adhering to company processes.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
Proven Sales and Customer Support abilities to convert leads, handle objections, and maintain client satisfaction.
