In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and end-user computing issues, while ensuring excellent customer experience, adherence to SLAs, and efficient service delivery. You will work closely with remote support teams, vendors, and other IT stakeholders to ensure incidents and service requests are resolved effectively.

What You’ll Do:




Deskside & End User Support: Provide onsite L2 support for laptops, desktops, workstations, and peripheral devices, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user-related issues within agreed SLA timelines.
Windows & Microsoft 365 Support: Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Device Deployment & Imaging: Perform laptop and desktop imaging, deployment, upgrades, refresh activities, and other endpoint lifecycle tasks.
Peripheral Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and other IT peripherals.
User Account Support: Assist users with password resets, account-related issues, and Active Directory support.
Network Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot basic connect
