Action DnA is an 18-year-old Soft Skills Training organization based in Coimbatore, specializing in Personality Development, Communication Skills, Public Speaking, Leadership, Business English and Entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in enquiries and counsel prospective students/learners.
Follow up with leads and support course admissions.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with students, colleges and clients.
Assist in business development and client interactions.
Support fee collection and admission processes.
Participate in in-house training and develop professional training skills.
Progressively support and conduct Soft Skills & Communication Skills training sessions after completing the required training.
Eligibility
Any Graduate / Engineer / MBA.
Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills are welcome.
Candidates with experience in soft skills training, English language teaching, academic counselling,
sales or front-office handling will be preferred.
Skills Required
Excellent English & Tamil communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and counselling abilities.
Strong presentation and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to interact confidently with students, parents and corporate/college clients.
Passion for training, mentoring and career development.
? Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on qualification and experience.
