* Drive revenue through dynamic pricing and demand forecasting.
* Manage OTA platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and more.
* Optimize listings, rankings, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
* Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and booking conversions.
* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and performance analytics.
* Leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Guest Experience, and Leadership teams.

* Has 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, OTA Management, Reservations, or Hospitality.
* Understands pricing strategies and OTA optimization.
* Enjoys working with numbers and making data-driven decisions.
* Is curious about AI, automation, and modern productivity tools.
* Takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and learns quickly.
* Has experience with a PMS or Channel Manager (preferred but not mandatory).
