Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at The Glued Factor’s studio in Panaji, collaborating closely with the creative team to develop visual concepts and design assets for digital and print projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and presentation designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves translating briefs into clear visual solutions,



selecting appropriate typography and color palettes, and preparing files for production. The Graphic Designer will participate in review sessions, refine designs based on feedback, maintain consistency across all touchpoints, and support the timely delivery of high-quality creative work.

Qualifications
Strong graphic design skills, including experience creating visual compositions and layouts for digital and print.
Ability to design logos and brand identities, including brand marks, color systems, and visual guidelines.
Proficiency in typography, with the ability to select and pair typefaces and create transparent, readable hierarchy.
Experience working with core design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software).
Solid portfolio demonstrating applied design skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
