About the Role:
We are looking for a Site Head – West Pune (Baner & Tathawade) to lead the sales operations of our real estate project in the West Pune region. The role will be responsible for managing the site sales team, driving revenue and bookings, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and achieving business targets.

Job Details:
Location: Baner & Tathawade, Pune.
Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days working.
Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales and sourcing team at the project site.
Drive sales targets, bookings, and revenue for the project.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure individual and team targets are achieved.




Manage channel partners and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders.
Generate and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
Monitor site walk-ins, enquiries, follow-ups, and closures.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to the sales team.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and other internal teams for smooth project operations.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure a strong customer experience throughout the sales process.

Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
Proven experience in managing real estate sales teams.
Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market.
Strong channel partner and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
