Role Description The Academic Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Latur. The Academic Counsellor will meet and counsel prospective students and families,



understand their academic interests and goals, and guide them on suitable MBBS programs and universities abroad. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, explaining admission processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements, and assisting students through each step of the application and enrollment journey. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for application processing, organizing information sessions and seminars, maintaining accurate records of student interactions, and following up with leads to ensure timely decision-making. The Academic Counsellor will also provide ongoing academic advising and basic career counseling to help students navigate their medical education path confidently.
Qualifications
Solid student-facing skills, including Student Counseling and Academic Advising, with the ability to guide learners through complex educational choices.
