Position Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Sales Manager with proven expertise in the Cold Chain industry to lead our sales operations across the West region. This role is designed for an experienced qualified who can strengthen our established presence, drive further growth, and manage key accounts across diverse industries. The candidate may be based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad, with responsibility for the entire West region.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Business Growth:
o Strengthen and expand business across the West region, building on our established presence.
o Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
o Identify and pursue new opportunities across relevant industries
Key Account Management:
o Build and sustain long-term relationships with major clients and stakeholders.
o Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with strategic partners.
o Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution delivery.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Lead end-to-end sales cycles including presentations, proposals, and contract closures.
o Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and technical discussions to senior stakeholders.
o Collaborate with technical teams to design customized cold chain solutions.
Market Intelligence:
o Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
o Provide actionable insights to management for product positioning and pricing.
Operational Excellence:
o Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates for the region.
o Ensure smooth coordination with technical and service teams for project execution.
Qualifications:
Education:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in HVAC/R or Sales are a plus.
Experience:
o 7–10 years of proven sales experience in Cold Chain, HVAC&R;, or related industries.
o Demonstrated success in managing regional sales operations
