Role Description This full-time remote Business Coach role is responsible for guiding clients through strategic planning, operational improvement, and business growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting coaching sessions, assessing client needs, developing business plans, and providing actionable recommendations. The Business Coach will design and deliver training sessions, create tools and frameworks to support client decision-making, and track progress against defined goals.



The role also involves collaborating with internal team members, documenting client engagements, and maintaining high professional standards in all coaching and consulting interactions.
Qualifications
Strong Business Coaching and Coaching skills to guide clients, ask insightful questions, and support goal achievement.
Proficiency in Business Planning and Consulting to analyze businesses, build structured plans, and provide practical advice.
Experience in Training, including designing and delivering workshops, learning materials, or development programs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting business metrics and performance data.
