Role Description This full time on-site role, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area,



is for an Engineer or Draftsman supporting thermal engineering and waste heat recovery projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings and 3D models, developing layouts and detailed designs for thermal and mechanical systems, and updating documentation as projects progress. The role involves coordinating with senior engineers on design calculations, material selection, and equipment specifications, as well as supporting project execution from concept to installation and commissioning. The Engineer/Draftsman will also assist with data collection and report preparation for thermal audits, air audits, and performance testing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Collaboration with internal teams, manufacturing partners, and clients is expected to support timely, high-quality project deliverables.
