Role Description The Assistant Fashion Designer will support the design team in creating and refining professional workwear collections, with a focus on fit, textiles, and detailing. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves assisting in developing design concepts, preparing sketches and technical specifications, and contributing to sample development. The role includes coordinating fittings, documenting feedback, and working closely with production to ensure design integrity and quality standards. The Assistant Fashion Designer will also research trends and fabrics relevant to corporate fashion, help with embellishment and embroidery layouts,



and collaborate on maintaining brand aesthetics and consistency across collections.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Fashion Design and Fashion, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, office-ready garments.
Knowledge of Fitting and garment construction, including understanding of different body types and tailoring for professional wear.
Experience or training in Textiles, with awareness of fabric properties, comfort, durability, and suitability for workwear.
Skills in Embroidery and surface ornamentation, with an eye for subtle, refined detailing that aligns with corporate style.
Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field from a recognized institute.
Proficiency in fashion illustration and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.
